Cancel anytime. Annual plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. After that, your plan runs to the end of the paid period and then stops.
After 14 days there are no partial refunds; you keep access until the end of the term.

The 40% first-year rate on Featured and Category Leader applies to year one. A refund within 14 days returns what you actually paid. If you cancel and come back later, the first-year price does not return.
If you cancel, your spot is released to the waitlist at the end of your paid term.
If we cannot deliver a paid feature for more than 14 days in a row, contact us for a pro-rated credit or refund.
From Dashboard > Billing, or email billing@climatesort.com. Refunds go back through PayPal to the original payment method, within 10 business days.
