LiquidStack builds liquid cooling for high-density data centers, covering direct-to-chip coolant distribution units and two-phase and single-phase immersion systems. It grew out of Bitfury's cooling subsidiary Allied Control and was spun out as LiquidStack in 2021. It now manufactures in Carrollton, Texas, which is also its headquarters. Trane Technologies, a minority investor since 2023, agreed to acquire it in 2026. Its customers include AI factories, hyperscale and cloud providers, colocation and enterprise data centers.
